    Background

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • One to three years’ experience in business-to-business or outbound direct sales 
    • Strong prospecting, lead development, needs assessment, negotiating, and closing skills
    • Ability to build and maintain strong mutually beneficial client relationship
    • Strong verbal & written communication skills in english are required

    Energizer Mobiles is looking for talent ! We are looking for an Executive Sales Director to deliver a winning sales plan for US and LATAM region. In this role you will be accountable for defining, building and embedding the functional capability of Revenue Growth Management driving consistency across the US and LATAM market.

     

    Key responsabilities

    Plan and prepare

    • Assign distributors and provide volume targets for Executive Sales Managers
    • Review and approve distributor business plans and budgets
    • Develop zone business plan and budget
    • Participate in the rationalization and selection of retail marketing programs to run in the region
    • Support preparations for distributor program execution
    • Provide input into channel strategy and standards

    Execute

    • Manage zone financials, including pricing and gross profit
    • Facilitate resolution of distributor issues
    • Meet face-to-face with distributors, as appropriate

    People Management

    • Build a team of sales professionals consisting of Distributor Sales Managers
    • Guide activity of direct reports
    • Provide performance feedback and development plans to direct reports
